Is Workshop Theory a legitimate store?

Yes. Workshop Theory is operated by DVO Commerce LLC, a registered business based in Salt Lake City, UT, and we're an authorized dealer for every brand we carry. Checkout runs on Shopify with secure, encrypted payment processing, so your card details are protected. You can also read verified customer reviews on our product pages and on our Google Business Profile, and we're always reachable through our Contact page if you have questions before or after ordering. We aim to make buying premium garage and workshop gear straightforward and worry-free.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on the type of product you ordered. All orders are estimated to arrive within 3–12 business days depending on product type and your location. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that all estimates are in business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum order required, no codes needed. It's automatically applied at checkout.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout for orders shipped to Utah in accordance with state law. Orders shipped to other states are not currently subject to sales tax collection by Workshop Theory.

How do I know which storage system is right for my garage?
